“I'm very disappointed. I've been there once. This time I went back again, but when I came back, the room was not”
No positives. The room management was poor.
“Not worth my 234$ , would maybe have been for 100$.”
The location was pretty nice, close to the pier and the beach. The boarding of my terrace wasn’t completely safe—it could break or get stuck. The bathroom was half broken: the shower head was missing and the lights were loose. It looked like it had seen better days and had never been properly maintained. I asked for repairs, which were promised but never done after four nights. I also found the welcome odd: I was greeted without a passport check and heard phrases like “now we have to walk up the bloody hill to get to your bungalow.” I think there might have been alcohol involved, as I checked in around 7 pm after taking the last boat.
“Horrible”
The place was dirty, the manager was not very pleasant, and the location was terrible, so we left after just one day.
The bungalow was very nice, offered a sea view, and was a good price. The sunset was on the opposite side of the island, but still beautiful. I liked the balcony where you could smoke and drink tea. There were many tourists from different countries in the neighboring rooms. The beds weren’t very comfortable—they sank in the middle, maybe because they were old. Getting to the bungalow involved walking uphill, but that’s what you do for the view. The reception was almost empty, and we had to confirm the ferry time. We also found a couple of cockroaches. Overall, it was fine; these were just minor issues.
I didn’t have the towels or toilet paper changed during my stay, which was disappointing.
