The property has great potential because it’s very pretty, but it needs more upkeep; the exit from the gate with the lock was an issue.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The historic building is truly fascinating, and the inner courtyard with the beautiful central plant creates a very atmospheric and relaxing vibe. However, the room needed more maintenance: the shower was clogged, causing the bathroom and room to flood, there was no toilet paper roll, and the air conditioning was very weak, making the stay less comfortable.

The bougainvillea in the courtyard was nice, but the room was cold, the cleanliness was lacking, and the restaurant service was slow, favoring local customers.
