“Items stolen from room”
The setting is nice and the beach and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk; drinks were good and breakfast varied and nice; a few reception staff were lovely, one named Deborah; however, items were stolen from the room while we were out for dinner, and we were not the only guests affected; we reported it to the manager who said we had to go to the police ourselves and offered no help beyond that; we filed a formal statement at the police station the next day with another guest; jewelry was taken from the room, and no apology or concern was offered, still not; although the hotel itself is nice, we cannot recommend it based on our experience; upsetting and disappointing.
The resort sits in a quiet neighborhood, the facilities are modern and well finished, the room was comfortable and clean, we enjoyed the pool, several beach clubs and a public beach are not far away, there are a few restaurants and shops nearby, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast offered a good food selection; the drinks at the resort bar were a little expensive.

The hotel is cozy and charming, clearly showing its age and needing some refresh in places, yet it remains clean and tidy; breakfasts were very varied and tasty, the location is close to the sea, restaurants, etc.; the staff were helpful and pleasant, especially Mr. Krzysztof who received special thanks for the local tips.
The hotel is very beautiful and quiet, the staff friendly, the location superb for the beach, only a maximum of 10 minutes walking; the room is small but nice with sea view and balcony; we liked it very much and would gladly return.
