The staff was excellent and welcoming, the lobby was beautiful and spacious, our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable; I have an allergy to feather so I requested a different pillow and it was quickly accommodated, and the text communication welcoming us was great too! The eggs at breakfast were a bit watery/mushy, but all the other options were fabulous, so it really wasn’t a big deal.
