“Świetna lokalizacja, dobra cena, mocno średni standard.”
The place sits right next to the metro and has plenty of free parking nearby, even though the description mistakenly says parking isn’t available. The bed is quite comfortable and the kitchen is decent. The apartment is clean. On the downside, the furnishings look very cheap and worn; almost everything is the cheapest possible, and the whole unit is covered in stickers with prohibitions that look awful. In the bathroom there’s a washing machine and dryer that guests are not allowed to use, which is rather absurd.
Everything is movable—handles, hangers in the wardrobe, hinges on the cabinets, even the battery under the shower. The place clearly needs a renovation. I’m glad I only stayed one night. Total disaster.
The location was good. Nothing else to note.
The accommodation was comfortable.
“Жах”
If you’re looking for a cheap two‑day stay, you might try it, but the photos are misleading. I was extremely disappointed with the stay and especially with how the staff behaved after I checked out. I was supposed to check in at night on 5 August, and we had discussed a late arrival beforehand. When I arrived that night, my room was already occupied. Since the front desk wasn’t available after 23:00, I had to find and pay for another place to sleep around 3 a.m. I only moved into the apartment in the evening of 5 August. The living conditions were also poor: there was a strong unpleasant odor, the room was stuffy, so I had to ventilate constantly, and the shower was unsatisfactory. What shocked me most was the post‑checkout situation. The staff demanded 400 PLN from me for alleged smoking in the room. I firmly denied smoking inside the apartment. When I left, I had a closed plastic bottle with used sticks next to the trash can; the bottle was tightly sealed to prevent odor. Despite my explanations, the staff cited a cleaning company’s report about the smell and kept insisting on the fine. Communication was also disappointing. When I mentioned the late check‑in issue, the staff referenced security footage showing my entry at 17:38 on 5 August, which is exactly when I said I actually checked in after the night’s confusion. Before the fine dispute, I had accepted all the shortcomings of the stay without demanding compensation. After everything that happened, my view of the property and its treatment of guests changed completely. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
