We were delighted by the coffee maker and the spacious kitchen. Having the washer and dryer available was a big plus. The building was easy to find and the self‑check‑in was handy. The only issue was that the quadruple room feels cramped for four adults; it’s probably better suited for a couple with two little kids.

This is honestly the best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed at in Iceland. The interior is stunning, the kitchen and dining area are huge, there’s laundry on site, and the bathroom is amazing—very large and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are super cozy. If you get the chance to stay here, you absolutely should.

Great spot if you want to visit Seydisfjordur. The kitchen is super handy, fully equipped with dishes, spices, and more. The room is small but clean.

The guesthouse is in a beautiful spot. We were lucky to see two big ships come in and out of the fjord. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s free parking right outside. No complaints.

Our room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The guesthouse owner is easy enough to contact and the check-in instructions are efficiently handled. Large communal kitchen was clean and well-stocked with cookware, dishes etc. And they have a clothes washer and dryer that work! Location is excellent on the main road. It seemed a little odd to request that people leave their shoes at the entranceway in the summer, when there wasn't any mud or road dirt and we weren't hiking, but the guests seemed okay with it
