“A comfortable stay with exceptionally kind service and spacious rooms—highly recommended for couples!”

The stay turned out better than I had imagined: the beds were very cozy, roomy, and more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms. Highlights included a huge bathroom with a bubble bath, plenty of amenities, and Bluetooth speakers in the room. We appreciated the eye and face masks we received upon arrival. The receptionist was exceptionally kind, storing our suitcases in her office before check‑in and after check‑out while we waited for a taxi. Comfort and rest were excellent—highly recommended for couples! The daily room cleaning could use a tiny improvement; during our multi‑night stay, the focus seemed to be on standard room upkeep—towels, amenities, bed making—rather than vacuuming the floor.

The room was well‑equipped with various items, which was a plus. However, the number of amenities varied from item to item, the shower pressure was too weak and made bathing time longer, and there were too few trash cans.

The location and products were fine. The bed was uncomfortable, there was no reception, no housekeeping, and the room was dusty. There was no mattress, the bed was hard, and the room had no windows.

Hôtel dans un quartier très fréquenté, proche d'une station de métro Ikebukuro. La chambre était spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements, sèche-cheveux, lisseur, serviettes, peignoir et des articles de beauté. Baignoire a remous et lumière, ainsi qu'un hammam !!! Un coin Micro ondes et deux frigidaires avec des bouteilles d'eau recharger au besoin. Grand écran TV. Literie confortable. Le service de nettoyage au top ! Merci beaucoup c'était notre premier arrêt de notre voyage de noces ❤️🙏🏾
