The beach is beautiful, clean, and large, with crystal‑clear water, and the airport is nearby. The staff’s attitude towards guests was poor. We had booked a room through an app and received a confirmation (non‑refundable) both in the app and by email. At the reception, they couldn’t find our reservation and sent us to call the phone number listed in the booking. We called for 30 minutes and no one answered. No one at the reception even tried to figure out what was wrong with our booking; it looked like it was your problem. It wasn’t until my husband caused a scene that everyone finally got involved. It turned out that the place was a mix of a hotel and private apartments, which gave a sense of chaos and disorder.

“Quá tệ!”

I was really looking forward to staying at this condotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The location is great, close to the airport and spacious, but that's where the positives end. The quality of the apartment was subpar, with a broken hair dryer, dusty air conditioning, and a hot water system that kept malfunctioning. The service was also terrible, with unfriendly staff and a lack of attention to detail.
