The property was very nice. The general manager Sara!! Of all my years in customer service businesses I have never experienced someone as difficult as her. She has no sense of empathy for a misunderstanding and wouldn’t listen to me to help resolve the issue

Lots of space in the room. The beds were very comfortable!. All was great. Just wish there was bedding included in the room for our 5th person on the couch. We just had to ask the front desk. Not a big deal! Everyone was extremely comfortable

The room was clean, nice gym. Pretty much everything. Rooms don't have enough light, toilet room door does not lock, uncomfortable bed

I liked the staff. They were very accommodating when my room turned out to be a mess. I really appreciate the helped we received from Felicia at the front desk. The accommodations are old, and worn out. The hotel needs an update. The second floor smells like mildew. There is a lot of wear and tear

The bed was SO comfy, the TV worked, the shower water had so much water pressure, and the fridge was already plugged in and cold!. The shower drain was a little rusty, so I couldn't take a bath
