The room is very comfortable and spacious, located right next to everything you need. I spoke with the staff over the phone and they were very friendly. However, communication with the accommodation is slow unless you call, and check‑in is only until 4:00 pm, so if you arrive early you have to wait outside with luggage; at least there’s a café there. I requested an early check‑in, but the answer was negative, so I lost time waiting for the door codes.

I scored it 8.0/10. The location is fine, yet the building looks unkempt from the outside: the door glass is broken, gutters overflow with grass and moss, and paint is flaking off.
