The location is lovely, but the air‑conditioning is awful, there are no good visitor parking spots, the water pipes smell like sewage, the TV lacks a receiver, and overall the experience was very disappointing for me and my family.

The hotel is fine for a short stay; you get what you pay. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, but a couple of days ago it felt a bit dusty, the furniture was old and a little broken, the water pressure in the bathroom was low, and it was a little far from Sur's center.
