The area was very peaceful; we were on our way home and wanted a quiet spot in Burgos. The room felt a bit cramped if you plan to stay several days (we were two and the space barely fit us). It didn’t have air‑conditioning, only a foot‑fan.

The best thing was the cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities. The breakfast offered only bread, butter, coffee and jam, and on two days there was no bread at all. The sweets tasted off, like bad. The owners kept the staff from resting by talking loudly at 8 am. Also, through my company, they kept insisting I pay myself, even though a company card was already set up to cover everything.

There was parking on the street. We mentioned that a lot of water leaked from the shower curtain (something they already knew) and we left towels on the floor to dry it, but they never collected or replaced them. They opened the wardrobe (which has no lock) to store a blanket instead of leaving it on the bed or chair, which was an intrusion into guests’ privacy.
