The bed was comfortable, but we had no staff to greet us, making us feel like we’d arrived at an abandoned place. The pool was poorly maintained, and we found that the toilet paper and soaps were missing from the toilet, which was a late and unpleasant discovery.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well‑appointed with a spectacular ocean view. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was a great feature. The resort’s communication and support were excellent, and while there were only a few eateries within walking distance—fewer than in the main town—the ones that exist are fantastic.
