Location and food. Things are less in room. I booking big suit but only 2 water bottle in room no toilet roll

The bathroom was a bit of a weird design - water tends to collect on the floor, and the level difference between the bath area and the rest of the floor is kinda awkward. Not super comfortable, but I guess it's not a deal-breaker or anything.

The hotel had basically nothing going for it, but the real letdown was the subpar service - the TV wasn't working right and it was tough to find something to eat or drink at night.

The place was clean and nice, but the breakfast menu needed a serious update and I felt like the services and food had taken a hit. On the plus side, the hospitality was good and the service was okay.
