The price was good and the river views were nice, but the location is far from the city center, the room feels a bit abandoned, breakfast is mediocre, and overall the facilities are poor.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they arranged several tuk‑tuk rides for us to reach different restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful. The drawback is the location: it’s far from Kandy’s center and you need to book a tuk‑tuk to get to restaurants.

The SriLanka Meassurres apartment was okay, the owner helped when we asked, and they booked a tuk‑tuk for us (though the price was higher than local rates we found later). They recommended a good restaurant. The breakfast was simple compared to other cheaper options, and on the second day we requested one extra fruit. The location is a bit out of town; we knew that, but if you’re driving there aren’t many real parking spots. For the price, I think better value could be found, but it’s fine for a single night. Also there are many monkeys, so keep windows closed to avoid theft.
