The location was great, but the rooms lacked ventilation, smelled bad, had no toiletries, and nobody answered calls at reception.

The beds were comfy and the site was well‑situated, and the food tasted good, yet staff shortages were obvious. The rooms were clean but the doors creaked, and thin walls let you hear the TV from the next room. One room had an intercom, the other didn’t; dialing 9 to reach reception never answered, forcing us to either go down or call their cell phones. The pool was open from 8 am to 8 pm, but when we arrived at 8:30 am it was filthy, with no changing rooms or lockers and no towels nearby. Housekeeper Rahul said the cleaner only came between 9 and 9:30 am. The restaurant was closed and lacked enough crockery and cutlery. The only bright spot was the manager personally stepping in to help when I raised concerns.
