The hotel sits on the Riverwalk, making it a short stroll to the Alamo, Briscoe Western Museum, and Market Square, and it even has a riverside restaurant with a second bar on the third floor. Valet parking is available, though there’s cheaper parking nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, and check‑in was quick and efficient. Everything was spotless. The only downside was the $70 a day rate for on‑site valet parking, which felt a bit steep, but that was my choice.

The building is gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful, but the lack of elevators means you have to wait a lot.
