I had everything we hoped for: clean, comfortable, friendly, great location, and good pricing. Joe was welcoming and cooks a great Irish breakfast. When we almost arrived late, Joe was accommodating and understanding, and his communication was excellent. This was our last overnight stop after three weeks on the road, and the bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed. The breakfast, with everything you could want, comes with this stay, and there was nothing negative—perfect.
