The place is decent, but it definitely isn't a 4‑star hotel; the curtains in the room were dirty and the food was weak.

Unfortunately our experience at this property was very negative from the start. At check‑in we were asked to leave our passports until the next day for registration. When we said we didn’t want to leave our documents all night, the receptionist agreed to just make a photocopy. The main issue was the room. The first room assigned was completely different from the one we had booked and seen on Booking: it was small, had only one window, almost no natural light, a view of another building, and a lot of outside noise. When we showed the reception the photos of the booked room, they even told us that that type of room didn’t exist in the hotel. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, during which they seemed to have forgotten about us, they assigned us room 335. That room also didn’t match the one shown in our booking. We requested a refund because we weren’t receiving what we had booked and paid for, but the request was denied. The most absurd thing was that later we saw and filmed rooms of the type that was said not to exist, right in the same property. The room conditions were also disappointing: we found non‑our hair on the pillow, towels with a strong vinegar smell, a balcony littered with pigeon droppings, and a bed made of two bases and two single mattresses side by side. Around the air‑conditioner fan coil there was visible mold. After reporting it we left the room, and when we returned the external mold had been removed, but no one had told us that someone would enter the room. No one ever confirmed that the internal system had been inspected or sanitized.

The room size and terrace were great, but the dining area felt like a train station and the constant arguing was annoying.
