The service is very excellent, the hotel is very clean, the staff are very good, the location is excellent and close to Kasamel.

The view is great and the location is convenient, but the nightclub on the first floor can be quite loud and might bother some guests; besides the beach, there are no other facilities like a spa or a swimming pool, which makes the room feel pricey for what it offers.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service of the hotel manager who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious, and the private beach was a highlight of my trip. Although the room was comfortable and clean, I think a coffee machine would have been a nice touch - but the breakfast coffee was always great and served with a smile.

The private beach at this hotel was amazing, and the beach staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Unfortunately, I don't have any other comments to share about my stay.
