The location is great, but the room feels a bit cramped.

The staff were very attentive and professional; as a Frenchman, I was relieved to find someone at reception who spoke French and could chat easily. The spot is perfect for transport, right next to everything. The hotel is a bit old, and on my last day they shut it down for repairs – I hope that won’t affect the room rate on my next visit.

Being right along the Yamanote Line made the hotel very convenient, and I was surprised to find a microwave and washing machine in the room. The desk was spacious and there were plenty of pillows, making my stay extremely comfortable. It’s rare to find such a reasonably priced hotel in Tokyo with both a good location and good service.
