The hotel boasts brand‑new facilities and a comfy room that was kept tidy, yet they never changed our towels even after we asked and only supplied a single roll of toilet paper each day despite a whole family staying there. When we demanded another roll, the staff acted surprised, questioning how we could possibly use one roll in a day with an entire family present. Breakfast wasn’t included, cost a bit much, offered few choices and didn’t open until after 08:00.

Excellent location, very close to the ski centre and shops, the whole lodge is always super temperate, and the staff always make sure you have a good stay. The facilities are very modern and immaculate. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is very nice, the facilities are very new and clean, and the location is excellent. Rosemary took great care of us, always ready to help and make us feel comfortable, and her service was very pleasant. The social areas could be improved; there isn’t a comfortable lounge for guests, and the dining room is practically the only place to relax outside the room. It also lacks a hot tub, which is very important after ski days.

This tiny family‑run hotel feels very cozy and is perfectly placed, with a well‑thought‑out concept; the kitchen is handy and the four‑bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are solid, and the modern design is attractive. It sits in the heart of Las Trancas, close to excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ski rental and more, while the bar across the street provides a lively vibe and tasty food, and the town bistro is also delightful. Camila and Pedro, the owners, are charming hosts who genuinely care about guests’ experiences, so we’d definitely return. On the downside, the double rooms and bathroom are cramped, storage for clothes is limited both in the bathroom and the bedroom, and a lounge area with a fireplace or an outdoor fire pit would be welcome; overall the property could use more communal spaces outside the rooms and kitchen.
