Eldorado Resort

The view was excellent and the walking trail and beach made for a great setting. I booked a pet room, but there were no facilities nearby where we could play with the dog, and the room was just a space to sleep together, which left us disappointed and without good memories with our pup; the facilities also looked worn and seem to need renovation. Breakfast felt cheap for its price, and aside from the view there wasn’t much else, so I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

The place offers a nice basic view. Our room was on the second floor, but the karaoke room on the third floor kept shouting loudly past midnight, and the noise traveled straight into our room, which was very irritating; the entertainment building should be sound‑proofed and have strict time limits. Moreover, I was originally assigned to B2 but was moved to E2 at check‑in without any explanation. While the view and the staff’s friendliness were good, the overall consideration and attention to detail were lacking.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel. The dinner show was a lot of fun, and the food was delicious. However, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the hotel, which felt subpar compared to what I expected. The cleanliness was lacking, and the resort felt old, which I could have understood if the price was lower. Unfortunately, the kids' pool area was not free, which was a bit of a letdown.

The location and setting of this hotel were its strongest points. However, I felt that the interior facilities and rooms could use some improvement. The hotel's amenities and services could be more comprehensive to enhance the overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet, which was a highlight of my stay. The hotel's other amenities and services were decent, but nothing stood out as particularly impressive.
