The room was spacious with a great view, but I had booked two rooms each with two queen beds, and when we arrived at 9:00 p.m. they only had two rooms with one king bed each for six people. We were upset because the hotel said nothing would be available until the next day, yet Hunter arranged two rollaway beds that were very comfortable for the teenage girls, so the hotel managed to accommodate us.

The staff were very friendly, especially bartender Justin who was fantastic and extremely kind, but the parking garage was terrible and expensive.

The concierge staff were exceptional, yet the parking was awful. I checked in at 15:00 on 9/29/2026 and checked out at 16:00 on 10/03/2026. The only time my room was cleaned was at 10:30 AM on 9/30/2026, which is odd. I asked for EVS service before 9:00 AM every day, but it seemed my request was ignored, as I only received EVS service once in five days.

The environment was quiet, but I was treated as if I couldn’t pay when my card didn’t respond the first time.
