Our time at the Cosmopolitan was fantastic—the hotel felt pleasant, comfortable, spotless and ideally placed, with a warm atmosphere that made us feel welcomed right away. A special thank‑you to Raphaël and Dani for their kindness, readiness and professionalism; they kept smiling and helped whenever we needed, making the whole experience very positive. We’ll remember the stay fondly and will gladly return next time. Thanks again to the whole Cosmopolitan team!
