Location, a smiling receptionist, comfortable beds. The breakfast was absolutely sad for the price of almost 3.5 thousand for one night for two people. Keys instead of a room card. And the parking at the hotel is charged. Just a tax for being right next to the Gong.

The room was spacious with good beds, yet the acoustics were awful; the windows sit at the bridge height, so at night cars often pass by, and even when you close them (and you can’t ventilate in summer) the passing traffic still wakes you up through the bridge’s expansion. The windows only have double glazing and aren’t sound‑proof, so we slept terribly. The shower was cramped and difficult to use. The high price doesn’t match the quality (more like low quality), and the breakfast price is also unjustified. The staff were reluctant during breakfast.

The area of Dolní Vítkovice had nice rooms, but we received dirty rooms; fortunately the staff quickly fixed it and gave us new ones in a higher category.
