The hotel lacked a proper booking system; when I first checked in, the front desk said my reservation wasn’t in their records. After a long wait I was sent to the reservations office, where an employee explained that no rooms were available. It was a terrible experience, a complete waste of my vacation time, and all the waiting at reception was without air conditioning. My reservation was listed, but they didn’t understand this and were pushing me to book through them at a higher price.

The coral beach was amazing, the bed was so comfy, and overall it was a good stay.
