The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless with a super comfy bed. The air conditioner was a bit loud, but we learned later that the room still needed new air units and other remodels. Still, it was a great stay!

The staff were very polite and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations that weren’t disclosed at booking, so the pool was closed, which disappointed the kids who had been looking forward to swimming.

The location was great. The hotel was under remodeling, generating a lot of noise from the upper floor, and the front desk couldn’t resolve my early‑check‑out issue. I ended up staying an extra day for just a few hours.

They served fresh cookies and let me check in early, plus hot coffee was available on demand. The construction was ongoing, and door sweeps to keep bugs out would have been a welcome addition.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport and restaurants is convenient. However, the room was hot because the AC didn’t work at check‑in, the bathroom door didn’t close and the lock was broken, and the shower was very small and cramped. Breakfast was awful; the oats were runny, almost like soup.
