I had a great experience with the hotel's location - it was within walking distance to most places, making it easy for me to get around.

The staff and location of this hotel were a highlight for us, as it made it easy for our driver to pick us up and drop us off after our tour activities. However, we did have some issues with the room, including stained mosquito nets, slow bathroom water pressure, and a lack of basic amenities like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo. Additionally, the shuttle service to the airport was a bit pricey at $20 one way for a short 15-minute drive.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming during check-in and check-out. I also appreciated the hotel's unique Arabic style, which was interesting to see. However, the hotel seemed to be stuck in the past, with outdated architecture, services, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, my room was tiny, despite paying extra for a suite, and the breakfast was very basic.
