The constant messaging during our 12‑hour trip of bus, bus, bus, plane, bus was overwhelming; please combine your messages into one. The printed notices stuck to the walls inside the property, like “close lift,” “flush only certain items,” and “deposit will be taken for dirty towels,” are confusing and unwelcoming.

The place is right in the center near transport, with a view of the square. The entrance is dull, gray, and has no external signage; the two very old elevators don’t inspire confidence. We had to climb to the second floor with our luggage on the stairs. Communication is only via WhatsApp and only on the same day. The reception was cold. When we returned early, we found the staff face‑to‑face, icy, and eventually they extended a hand.
