While the staff's attention was a highlight, the poor TV signal, lack of heating or air conditioning in my room, and the fact that it wasn't prepared for low temperatures made our stay so uncomfortable that we decided to leave after a few hours.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which was perfect for my stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the old and creaky beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The blankets were also extremely heavy, and the pool was clean but freezing cold. To make matters worse, the pool's walls were in dire need of a fresh coat of paint, as the concrete was exposed.
