Nothing was good; there were no toiletries, only a bed with springs and a wardrobe, and nothing else was provided.

The location is great, but the picture on your site is very old, the hotel has no name, and the reception never answered when I kept calling to check in.

The photo of the location is misleading; it doesn’t look like what’s printed. There is no hotel name, no reception, the linen is very dirty, the room doors are all broken at the bottom, S03 and G01 rooms have AC that isn’t working, and they never came to fix it even after repeated calls. Very, very bad – I stayed here earlier in January 2023 and it was better. The room condition, bed doors, and bed linen were all poor.

I was initially excited about the hotel's great location, which was close to the main strip. However, things took a turn for the worse during check-in, when I was asked to go to a different property to complete the process. To make matters worse, we experienced a water issue for part of the day, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
