A must‑visit when you’re in Saaremaa, the windmill is outstanding, the café serves homemade cakes, and the spot offers the best sunsets at the end of the world – absolutely recommendable, hoping to come back.

The setting is very beautiful and the idea of wind‑powered sleeping is very exotic; the lady was very nice. Unfortunately, sleeping there was almost impossible because strong wind made the tower sway and the practice was very loud all night.

The place is gorgeous and the creaky windmill made for a fun adventure; we even watched a horror film there before bed. The family owners went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed it despite the rain and howling wind, making it a real highlight of our vacation. And don’t believe what you read online – there is a hot shower!
