The décor and the extra sofa. A major drawback was the lack of an opening to the outside, so no natural light. The small fridge didn’t work.

The place didn't offer breakfast, but there was a coffee machine with pods and a bottle of chilled water available. Parking was easy and free. However, Ortgia is not a 10‑minute walk away; I would estimate at least 25 minutes.
