The rooms were clean and decent, and the breakfast matched the category. However, we learned upon arrival that the restaurant was closed, and the pool was also unavailable during our stay. I would have expected a 4‑star property to inform guests beforehand; this omission is a deal‑breaker and deters repeat visits.

Morning staff were friendly, the rooms were very nice, and breakfast was acceptable. However, the front desk was unmanned at 18:30, only security could be reached by phone and after repeated inquiries they brushed me off, which was unacceptable, and we had no idea where to store bicycles because no staff were present.

The room itself was fine. The breakfast was far from fresh—cold cuts were greasy, the meat looked stale, and overall nothing seemed fresh, which is disappointing for a four‑star property where I expected more comfort.

The hotel seemed to be under renovation, so some items were unavailable, but the staff’s friendliness made up for it. The closed restaurant was irrelevant to us. The call on the motorway that no one would greet us, but that we would receive a key code by email, sounded more complicated than it actually was. Breakfast was really great, the room was clean, and the facilities, especially in the shower, were good. It suited us.

The room was nice with air‑conditioning (outside was 36 °C), the breakfast was tasty, and the receptionist was very friendly. Nobody was there when we arrived… the hotel was locked and the hallway was dark. Luckily another guest let us in and pointed out an envelope that was ready (with key cards). Also note: the pool shown in the photos is not part of the hotel. It feels a bit misleading to put that photo among the room pictures. The hotel restaurant and terrace were closed.
