“worst one i had in my life”

The place was awful—no one at reception, the lift was creaky, rooms were dirty and full of bugs, and the staff were useless. Nothing good to mention.

“The worst experience in my life. The person there was very bad. He was arguing with us.”

There was nothing good about that hotel; hell is better. I would never recommend it because it was not clean. The washroom was very awkward and not clean, the bed sheets were not washed, the AC wasn’t working, there was no hot water, and there was no light in the washroom. After a long conversation they gave us a different room in a different location, which was okay. I request that you never promote this type of hotel; we will lose our trust in you.

“Value for money, Served my purpose”

Value for money. Restuarants close by, so food isn't an issue. Just about reasonably clean, atleast the common areas. In the 3 days that we staryed, the room and bathroom was never cleaned. I doubt if the bedsheet and pillow covers were washed and changed after the previous guest left because there were a few fresh stains. The AC worked but the TV did not work and the lift went out of order a few times. Heard a guest complain about their AC not working. Parking available for around 4-5 cars but need to squeeze in - back to back, so you may need to go down often if the previous car is to come out. Situated in a narrow lane, so reversing is an issue - need to go out of the lane and take a u-turn to allow the previous car to come out
