A beautiful historic manor complex turned into a contemporary, modern hotel, offering plenty to see and do, a good restaurant, and a pleasant, cozy, renovated spa and sauna center. The only drawback is that moving across the courtyard between the hotel room and the sauna house is a bit inconvenient, something to keep in mind.

The place was calm and quiet, perfect for walking and enjoying nature; the spa was very relaxing. The service, however, was lacking—there should have been two attendants when the crowd was larger, otherwise one person couldn't handle the kitchen alone; for example, when we were three, two ordered coffee and the third ordered ice cream, but we only received three coffees and no ice cream. Bus service could be better, with only one bus a day; perhaps two in the morning and one in the evening.

The place was pleasant, quiet, and peaceful, and I also enjoyed the spa. There was no crowd or noise, and the breakfast was plentiful. It was a nice little autumn getaway. The only drawback was that on the first night the dust‑collector started humming for about 20 minutes, which was annoying even when I woke up.

I was impressed by the staff’s friendliness, the lovely natural surroundings, the generous grounds, and the wide range of leisure activities, not to mention the excellent breakfast. The manor itself is charming, and the spa, though small, feels cozy. On busy days with many families, however, the spa can become quite noisy and cramped. The downside is that the prices at the restaurant, tavern, and lobby are unreasonably high, which really detracts from the overall experience.

The natural scenery and the sheer size of the entire complex were stunning and very beautiful, even though the autumn sky was gloomy and rainy. The problem came when we tried to celebrate the jubilee at a pre‑arranged restaurant: there was no suitable small‑child chair, and the service took a long time, so we had to abandon that plan and instead choose dinner at Kaval‑Antsu Kõrtsi. Checking out was scheduled too early for us.
