The property is beautiful and modern, right by the river. The rooms are quiet, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is amazing, and the owners are extremely welcoming and attentive. Everything was great!

The room was spacious, very modern, with a large shower area; the breakfast was self‑served and good, the host family was very friendly, bikes could be stored, there were plenty of private parking spots with charging for e‑cars, a beverage cooler for self‑service, and the kitchen was usable. I can’t think of any negatives.

The most beautiful room I’ve booked in twenty years around Regensburg – very clean, modern, a large space with a big bathroom, all well maintained, charming décor, and a quiet location in a nice residential area. The market in Bad Abbach is about 3 km away. The owner was very nice and helpful. Everything was excellent.
