The lakeside spot was nice and the beds were comfy, but the facilities were old, the entrance was abandoned and dark, the hot water in the rooms didn’t work, the air‑conditioner didn’t cool, there were cockroaches everywhere, the kitchen was far from the rooms, utensils were broken and dirty.

“Estancia tranquila, bonita y llena de actividades”

The spot was excellent, close to all tourist sites and away from noise, with a “lake” offering amazing views—even crocodiles could be seen—lots of green space and beautiful animals, better activity packages and cheaper prices than other options, and daily activities were offered on the same property. The shower was a bit of a hassle, sometimes too hot or too cold and hard to regulate, but it wasn’t a major complaint.

Luis welcomed us wonderfully and the cleaning staff worked very well, but some receptionists were terrible. The private, deluxe, and kitchen rooms were half‑finished and fell short of what was promised; the kitchen room barely had cutlery and required constant washing (I had to buy plates and cutlery at a supermarket), and the deluxe on the third floor had a huge empty area that should have been furnished.
