“Grande déception !”
The staff who greeted us was friendly, nothing more, and that was the only thing we could accept. The location sits in a dirty, noisy alley and we couldn’t sleep because we heard everything happening outside. On top of that, there was a projector outside the window and the curtains inside were poorly made, letting light in. It was midnight and the room felt like it was lit by the sun. The sheets were dirty and very old. Neither the room nor the hotel matched the photos and descriptions on the site. The beds were not comfortable at all. We could hear the toilet flushing and the neighbors’ movements in the hallway as if they were in the same room. There was no air conditioning. In the bathroom, insects were present. The bathroom lacked a mirror, shower gel, shampoo, and there were hair clogs in the shower pipe. We were very disappointed because it was completely different from the description. I do not recommend it at all and I certainly won’t return.
