I never met the staff in person, but Consuelo was very friendly on WhatsApp, keeping me informed about everything without any issues; the facilities were in great shape and the room was fantastic. Everything else was fine.

The loft room was awesome, everything was super clean, quiet, and cozy, the breakfast was great, and above all Consuelo’s service was a real delight—she was charming and very attentive, treating us wonderfully. The medieval‑style village was charming and the locals were very welcoming. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely come back. Everything else was perfect.
