“Un séjour très agréable dans un logement propre, avec des propriétaires exceptionnellement gentils et attentionnés. Je r”

I really enjoyed my stay at this establishment. The room was very clean and well prepared. The welcome was exceptional: the owners were incredibly kind, always available and very attentive. They helped me with great respect and generosity, and I felt truly welcomed. I sincerely thank them for their hospitality and all their small gestures. Honestly, I have nothing negative to report. Everything went very well and I greatly appreciated the owners’ kindness and the cleanliness of the place.

“10/10 place, love it”

The hosts and the place were fantastic. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and the spot was right next to several public transport options, grocery shops, and pharmacies. Everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay was there. Because of a delayed flight, my husband and I missed the original check‑in time on day one, but the hosts were very understanding. We were coming from an illness that flared up on day two, and when we asked if they had any medication at that late hour, they handed us paracetamol in literally two minutes. If we ever visit Rome again, we’ll definitely book here. Highly recommend.

“Excellent”

The place is really nice. Getting there is easy, the location works well if you want to visit Rome’s sights, and Fabio is the best host. Highly recommended. 10/10

We spent three days at this B&B and couldn’t have found a better place! ❤️ We were welcomed by wonderful, extremely kind people with big hearts who made my daughter and me feel at home, especially during a delicate time since we were in Rome for surgery. They were gentle, thoughtful, and available at all times, making us feel pampered and never alone. They paid special attention to us. The B&B is impeccably clean, comfortable, welcoming, and radiates that home‑like warmth you don’t find everywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend Smart Living Tor Vergata, not just for the property but especially for the special people running it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making a tough moment a little calmer. We won’t forget your kindness! ❤️

“Agradable”

The apartment is clean, with a well‑equipped kitchen and a tidy bathroom. It’s a quiet environment for a few days. The location is a bit far from the city, but it’s easy to connect to the metro.
