The food was lovingly prepared, fresh, and generous, offering something for everyone, and the wall‑box was easy to use with clear billing. The parking lacked order, with some cars parked haphazardly, but otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.

The location is truly great, surrounded by forest and fields, very quiet. The room is extraordinary, with a round window that gives a direct view of the horse paddock. The décor in the dining room and throughout the hotel is very tasteful. It’s easy to strike up a conversation with the owners and staff, all very friendly and helpful. Parking is available right in front of the house. For long walks, this is the perfect starting point.
