The facilities and service were solid; everyone spoke English and was very friendly. The coffee machine was free to use and the breakfast outside the restaurant was excellent—everything I ordered tasted amazing. The downside was that the hotel pass I bought turned out to be a disaster, especially since it was much more expensive than expected.

Kristiana, the hotel manager, was wonderful and helped us sort out all the taxi issues we ran into. The hotel itself was cozy and beautiful, and the breakfast really hit the spot.

I liked the location in a nice Chengdu neighbourhood, close to a street full of nightlife and a famous park. The zen garden had a relaxing vibe, but I only got to see it briefly because of time constraints. The room was spacious and well‑furnished, and the staff were all very kind. The only thing I would note is that the view from the room isn’t outstanding.

The boutique hotel is well located right opposite the historic Chengdu Wuhoushi & Jinli Old Street, a good place to start exploring Chengdu. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. My family, including a teenage son & elderly parents all enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel
