“Mountain views only made us our trip happy🙏”

The location was acceptable, but the room was very small and looked completely different from the picture, so we were disappointed and ended up canceling our booking. We feel the reality should be mentioned on your site before booking. Breakfast was not very good; there were no varieties, no fruits, no juice, limited options, but the breakfast and dinner could include salads, two different vegetables, rice, dal, and dessert. The only person handling the entire hotel did reception, cleaned rooms, and cooked for us—no proper chef and few staff. The hotel is isolated from the main Panchgani market.

Mahabaleshwar offers a nice location, but the experience was very disappointing. When we booked, all details including the number of guests were clearly stated on the booking platform. After confirmation, the hotel refused to honor the agreed terms and began demanding extra charges that had never been mentioned. The staff behaved unprofessionally and their responses were improper and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they insisted on additional payment, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I advise other customers to confirm everything directly before booking through this hotel.
