A middle‑aged man in a sweater and glasses ruined the whole trip; he was rude and seemed clueless about how hospitality should work or how to interact with guests. It’s a shame, because a few years ago the staff were much more courteous, and now they’re losing regular guests.

Breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly, and the location is perfect. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the walls are thin, so it’s not ideal for a light sleeper.

The hotel was very nice and every service was excellent; I really liked it.

The bathroom had a black stain in the window, the cheapest mattresses were cracked, the surrounding area was messy, and there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom.
