The bathroom was clean, the beds comfortable, and overall cleanliness was very good.

The location is very close to the city centre, free street parking, clean accommodation – great for a stopover in this beautiful city. However, there is a lack of kitchen utensils; the table is set up ready, but there is no corkscrew to enjoy a good bottle, so I had to go buy one, which was a shame.

The bed was extremely soft and the pillow was just as uncomfortable, so I couldn't get any good sleep. The housekeeping staff didn’t bother to move furniture early enough to clean, and the power outlet near the bed didn’t work.

The room smelled awful of cigarette smoke, something the staff should have known about, and when I complained they just shrugged and said “that’s how it is.” There was also a lot of dampness.
