The staff were friendly and the 12 h checkout was generous. The location was convenient, near beaches and the hot springs. However, the hotel didn’t live up to our expectations and we would have moved elsewhere if another nearby option had been available on short notice. It’s definitely not suitable for noise‑sensitive guests, as walls, doors, and ceilings offer virtually no sound insulation. The beds were uncomfortable, so bring an eye mask because a lot of light seeps in at night. The room was clean overall, but dust and cobwebs hung from the lamp and dust accumulated behind the sink. The bathroom was functional but felt worn and poorly maintained; for instance, the sink wasn’t secured and moved every time we used it.
