Clean and each room had its own bathroom (we had the whole apartment), but if you use the apartment entirely it’s annoying that the landlord can come up from below and does so.

I stayed in a nice room with a spacious bathroom and a small kitchenette, and the host was friendly, making the bed feel lovely. The only downside was the location: Gästehaus Eifelsteig sits a bit outside (and mostly uphill) from the village, so after a long walk the climb from the village to the guesthouse can be a bit disappointing, but everything else was perfect.

“Wohlfühlort zum Ausruhen ,komme immer wieder:)”

I’ve visited several times and plan to keep coming because the whole package is spot on; it’s super clean, quiet, and the hosts are so welcoming that I can only give a “10”: warm, accommodating, friendly, funny, I feel so welcomed even before I arrive. The pleasant mix of wood furniture scent and eco-friendly cleaning products creates an unmatched comfort aroma, and the bedding and towels are all white, fresh‑air washed in the garden. It’s a great place to rest, the rooms are pleasant, and it’s simply more than excellent. Directly behind the house you can walk beautifully.
