The location worked well for us as a stopover while traveling between the UK and Austria. We found the value for money to be good, though nothing stood out as exceptional.

The setting is lovely, with a large garden and a terrace for outdoor dining. The breakfast was excellent, and the dinner was very good.

Close to the highway, but the restaurant was closed and we were warned that it was a booking requirement when we had already made a reservation, which was disappointing.

Both the breakfast and especially the dinner at the restaurant were superb. Even the kids’ dishes were freshly prepared and tasty, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent.
